Negative CPs

This is mentioned in the Main forum in a Kharkov '43 thread, but it seems to apply to all scenarios. With RPs permitting, you can buy back and deploy all units from your imported core even if you are already out of CPs. They just need still to have a "price tag". Note that the bug also applies to Rising Sun (core imported from Morning Sun) and probably U.S. Pacific (with core imported from Boot Camp - never done that, but there seems to be a possibility for a core export/import).
