MAC version Panzer Corps V1.1.0

Purchased this via Th Apple store online back on 18/9/17.
Unable to activate serial as is greyed out.
Unable to do any in-app purchases as it says that I am not registered on the apple game centre. (no longer valid for Mac OS 10.13.)
I am signed in as the 'admin' user.

assistance please as I want to add in other packs.
