Seeing Unit Availability?

Hello and pardon me if this has been asked before (tried searching the forum but couldn't find what I needed).

I am playing through the OoB Blitzkrieg campaign with the plan to move to the Panzerkrieg one (never were too interested in the other DLCs unfortunately; am more of a Panzer Corps guy) and have a couple of questions on units progression during the campaigns:

- Is there an easy way of observing when units become available during the campaign? My understanding is that the units file is one way, but it is too messy and hard to read. Is there something easier to read? Alternatively, if that's the only way, could you provide some guide of where I can find the relevant information in the file (opening through Excel)?

- Second question is tied to first one- is there a way to see the units' upgrade path- i.e. which future upgrades are discounted for your core units?

P.S. So far I am liking Blitzkrieg a lot and may consider to play the other DLCs later even when I am not a fan of sea combat.

link was dead for me for the pdf anyway, so nope couldn't see anything either, but the developers or modders should know and or at least have a list in one format or another, hopefully one will see and share it, would be nice

Now that you mentioned it.. that topic is indeed quite old! Basically what it offered was a table of the units with their stats, but also date range they become available, and lastly which units it can upgrade to with a discount.

I believe this knowledge is quite useful to plan your campaign progression especially if you are playing on high difficulty and need to optimise your core progression.

You’ get a message during the scenarios whenever a new unit is available.
For other info you need to check the units.csv file. An it is kind of cryptic...
