Oob patches explained for idiots

I'm having trouble understand the patches.
Maybe the Guru Bru could clarify how they line up.
I am confused about 4.1.1, 4.1.7 and 5.2

I can't install Burma Road (I just bought it yesterday) cause it says I need 4.1.1 but tried the advice about main menu Shift C and then enter *patch patch4.1.7 and it says it installed that and my game version is now 4.1.7 but the installer still refuses to install Burma Road cause it says I still don't have 4.1.1
I can't find 4.1.1 patch anywhere.

I tried the auto patch update in the game intro menu and it tried for a long time to download 5.2 but failed every time.

My questions:
1. How can I get that monster 5.2 patch?
2. How can get the elusive 4.1.1 patch? I have no clue where the download link is.
3. If I manage to get 5.2, will it allow me to install Burma Road?
4. If I manage to get 4.1.1, will I be okay not installing the 5.2 patch to avoid much agony? Will Panzerkrieg install & work with that 4.1.1 patch (if I can get it somehow)?

Note: I want to get Panzerkrieg campaign too but I'm terrified about reports it won't install either if you have 5.2 patch update. I know the technicians will see to that, but you can see the deep quagmire I am mired in.

I wasn't using superlarge font, only large cause it is a lot easier for me to read. I wish all text on the forum was in large for easier reading. I don't understand why you hate it.

I don't understand why there is so much hate on this forum.
I actually paid money for the game DLCs and in response to a question about patches I get hate pooped on my from both of you trolls. Same pattern every time.
Can I get a refund?
I'm definitely not buying anything from from this aristocrats group cause all you got is hate to give customers.

If anyone is offended by my comments very sorry these people.
It seems to me that the problem is:
1. English is not my mother tongue, so sometimes my statements may have a different meaning from what I intended
2. recipients of my statements may also have poor knowledge of English and misinterpret my intentions
3. We probably belong to different cultural circles, we are brought up in a different way, so what is the norm for me, may be unacceptable for someone else.

This is my point of view on the whole matter.
