can't play multiplayer as can't update

Hi, when I try to update the game it does this:

Previously when it did this I updated it from the web site. However when I tried to go to the website this time, it merged my account and told me I didn't own any games -then I couldn't find any update anyway. How can I update the game?

as always with all games, just login to your members account on the support page above, where all you're registered games will be listed and there you will find all the downloads and updates

The only download available for Field of Glory 2 is "Field of Glory II Manual Abstract" and there are no games listed in as mine against my account any more. I tried clicking on Support as you suggested but that didn't help, there were no files listed available for download other that the one I mentioned before. I guess I will have to log a helpdesk ticket, but that's annoying as I just joined a campaign in which the players are expecting me to play a game tonight.
