Where is the text for the Army List descriptions located?

I'm keeping a series of notes for myself as I'm playing various battles, as this helps me to learn the game and also helps me keep track of which army lists I've used. Since I'm keeping these on the computer I was hoping to save myself some typing by being able to access the actual file that contains the text for the Army Lists, like below. I'm adding this text to the document so I can use it as a starting point in my written evaluation of my playing. Any help would be appreciated.
