Purchasing Reinforcement Problem - Allied Corps, Gold

I am playing Spring Wind in the Allied Corps campaign of PzCorps Gold. I am on turn 8, have lots of prestige pts, core slots, but can't purchase any reinforcements for US forces. I select a unit to purchase, click the Purchase button, and nothing happens. Using Windows 10. What am I doing wrong?

more than likely you have no points left to purchase units into, as it matters not if you have the money, it's the command points for a given slot which is needed, but with out seeing a screenshot or without more information, it's hard to really say, but no it's not a bug as such

What are these command points you are talking about?(this is not order of battle)

I'm guessing you mean US Corps. Typically this means you have nowhere to place the new unit.
