Able to download from but not upload to multi player server

Hello,

I am able to successfully download a multiplayer turn from the server but unable to save a turn back. I get an error message saying unable to send to server. My turn then reverts to the start of the turn with all units unmoved but I am then unable to move any units. I also can't save and I get sent back to My turn screen with the moves waiting for me. I believe this has happened since 1.02 update but I can't be sure.

I am in a multiplayer Slitherine tournament at present So an urgent response would be appreciated.

It sounds most likely like a firewall issue. What happens when you retry the turn send?

I don't get a chance . I get kicked out as per above post. I have not modified my firewall settings but will take a look anyway.

The server was down for a while a bit earlier today.

It's now working with firewall settings reset. server down might explain situation

There should be a replay popup which allows you to try again - or perhaps that was not part of the last update.

There is a popup that allows multiple attempts. I just waited until the Slitherine forum (which was also down) was accessible again, and then resent the turn. Which probably means that my opponent had to wait a long time for the replay to replay. C'est la vie.

Hard to tell exactly but It seems some but not all of my moves were sent to my opponent. He did not notice any glitches his end.
