Error in Decline and Fall

Not sure if this is a typo, or you'll be including the list in the online publications.

Khurasanian Dynasties, p.59 - It says "Ghaznavid Allies". But there is no allies list?

that makes at least three missing allies

I will mention it to Richard and one will be forthcoming in the errata.

As mentioned in another thread on this Seljuqs also have Ghaznavid allies listed.

However, also note that I am not sure if the error isn't actually that the Seljuqs and Khurasanians have such allies listed rather than the lack of a Ghaznavid ally list

while i'm "noting things". in the first line of the khursanian list it says 8-28 heavy cavalry. only the samanids/saffarids can have turkish ghilman. that all makes sense. but that does that mean they a minima of 4 ghilman *and* 4 khursanian cavaly. my reading says yes?

Yup - Samanids and Saffarids must take at least 1 BG of each type.
