I am surprised to foun the light artillery in some barbarian factions and not in roman or carthaginian factions?

They will appear in Roman Imperial armies post-25BC. They are only in the Dacian list because it overlaps the Roman Imperial period.

Why not split the Dacian list in 2 different lists: 1 before the using of artillery and 1 after?
