Scenario designer in the manual, not in the game?

Hi, on page 12 of the manual it is shown that a "design" feature is available for designing scenarios. I cannot find this in the game. Any thoughts?

BTW, excellent C&C in this game, the best I have seen yet. Thanks.

Nice to see you here.

There's no way to design scenarios in the game afaik. I think its in the game manual because it was thought to be included at first, but didn't passed the final cut for reasons I don't know (but suspect, basically not enough time to include it).

I'm sure someone from Slitherine will explain it all to you.

Hi Ian, always good chatting with you. Im surprised this was not considered for your patch. If a random scenario generator, dynamic campaign, or scenario editor would have been part of the final design that would have been awesome.. especially with this good of an interface and combat system. Dont get me wrong, the game is excellent and I am very much looking forward to your expansion. Any word on what the new campaigns will be included in the expansion?

Maybe we should give Miki a job

The designer feature was so complicated to use wwe could not get it into a user friendly format without major rework.
