Yesterday, there was a problem with our email server, so it's possible that your missing notifications occurred during that period.

It may be that you are not signed up to receive emails. The signup page has been disabled for a while, but in now enabled.Dualnet wrote:Hi Support

Log in there. On the members page there is a link to PBEM notifications on the right.

I do receive emails but not every time, and there can be very long time between when my opponents turn is completed and when I am notified.
I've been login on to the game to check and very often find the game waiting for my turn but I haven't received an update.
This is perhaps the next day, with me checking a of maximum twice a day rather than five minutes after my opponent has finished his turn.
I've taken to emailing my opponent directly to confirm, this is much much faster.

The system seems to be working now - it may have been a combination of my outlook email needing repair and the Slitherine servers being down.
