Thracian list, perhaps error

On Page 18 of the Army List "Immortal Fire" teh Thracian Army is given. In the Core Army section the entry for the Getae is for a minimum of 10 LC/bow. There is also a requirement for at least 8 other LC. I am wondering if the Getae might be actually something like "if any Getae 10-32" instead of merely 10-32? As listed the Starter Thracian Army can not be derived from the Core Army list as it has 2 BGF of 4LC jav each.

A Thracian army is either "Getae" or "Other", the starter army is "Other".

Essentially one Thracian tribe (the Getae) had more light horse archers than the other tribes. This list allows you to produce either a Getae force or a more traditional Thracian army.
