Custom battle questions

Post by nikgaukroger »

I note that when creating a custom battle there is always some sort of restriction on the armies you can choose for the enemy army - any particular reason there is no option to match up any armies? (Unless I've managed to miss it) Rather liked that aspect of P&S.

Also what determines the possible opponents? I had assumed it was date but that clearly isn't the case.

There are separate filters for Date and Geographical proximity. Both are on by default.

To fight any army against any other click off the filter buttons.

I'd missed the geographical I think. Would explain why the pre-166BC Seleukid can fight Indo-Greeks but the 166BC onward cannot :D

Cheers.
