Placing units under a command suggestion

Post by Igorputski »

Every game always having to place every unit gets rather tedious and isn't fun. Is there a way to make a left click and hold drag box to select all the units you want to put into one command general instead of doing them one at a time? This is the only thing bad about the game having to do each one, one at a time every game.

I feel sorry for those trying to play 2000pt games.

Try autodeploy. It works really well and saves you a ton of micromanagement and most probably does a better job than a human cause humans tend to make one long rigid line with no reserves.

I prefer the generalship my way though and I like to make one long line without reserves; my flanks are my reserves depending on where the ai stacks up the strongest.
