Error message when attempting to Update to v2.50

My hard-drive recently crashed and I am having to re-install all of my pc programs.
I need to load the newer OOB programs that I have purchased. The original OOB -WW2 download is v. 2.48 and I need to update to v. 2.50 for the newer programs.
When I use the "check for updates" in the software, I receive the following error: "Unable to download file. An error occurred while trying to open FTP."
Please advise.

The updates are comprehensive, so you just need to download and install the last patch:
