Impressive game with great graphics and meaty fights

I just had a good battle as the Pyrrhic clan in a campaign against the sinister Seleucids and I achieved a 'Pyrrhic Victory".

I like the graphics of units, terrain and menus and stuff. Units have nice pop-ups showing what they look like with simple & easy to understand stats.
The fighting is very good cause you have to figure out how to cull the enemy without doing too many ugly frontal assaults against large fresh units.
Using ranged units and fast movers like cavalry and elephants requires careful planning.
I like choosing my units with the points at the start.
In campaigns you get choices how to attack so it branches. I tried to show my campaign in a picture but screenshots don't work on this game.
If there is a way to do screenshots like maybe a hotkey or something, please give me advice. My usual PrtScn button screentake doesn't work.

I think units should get xp even if they are not injured cause ranged units like my archers and if you got artillery can't ever get xp cause they avoid melee combat.

Replay value of this game is insane. There are dozens of armies you can make campaigns with, and there are date & place filters to make the match-up realistic if you want to be historical.

Good game to buy especially with so much replay value and easy way to get stuck in a meaty high bodycount battle in just a few minutes.

The default format used to be tga. You can change it to jpg in

Users\(your name)\Documents\My Games\FieldOfGlory2\Autodocs\Tweaks.txt

I got trashed in the next battle which was a small one. My Italian troops got steamrolled and my general was killed in a cavalry scrap.
