Looking to get a wave of these painted up, does anyone know of a good distributor? I will only buy from companies whose models I can see pictures of, I consider ones to lazy to snap a shot with a digital camera to be scrubs and I'm not dealing with ordering one pack to see if they suck.
Thanks for all the help.

I have a bunch of Essex ones but I will say that the model they label "Palmyran Cataphract" is a bit pants.
I wound up buying a mixture of Roman Clibanarii, Byzantine Kataphraktoi and Cataphract Camel riders and if memory serves there might even have been some leftover Sarmatians in there. All Essex too.
It's a nice mix and while there's the odd blip in terms of shields and bow cases, it does the job quite nicely.
Cheers,
Alex

I'm also an OG fan. A number of their figures now have pictures online, as Madcam pointed out. I'm really happy to see that.madcam2us wrote:http://oldglory15s.com/catalog/product_ ... ts_id=2842

Sadly no photos, but I rather like the Minifigs Palmyran cataphracts - have a DBA army with these, biggish horses so a bit of a squeeze on a 40x30 base. The Chariot ones have a nice rider, but the horse is small - as with most Chariot ancients theyve taken the wisdom about how small horses used to be a bit too far in my view. I do have a base of Chariot cataphract riders on Minifigs horses, a very nice combination but not worth the price of 2 figure packs to achieve this!

I've got photos of some of the Essex cataphracts and other Palmyran stuff here if that helps.
