Is the tutorial supposed to lead you through how to do thing? When I fire it up it gives a lot of tool tips but doesn't really tell you what to do. Just making sure I'm not missing anything.

It gives you basics on how to move n such. Not a real detailed how to do this or that as that's part of learning strategy and tactics is learning how to do things yourself. If you play each of the battles the tool tips will popup telling you what just happened when you did something. Those are fairly detailed. Thing is you have to do something to get them to popup. There will be some that just popup on their own as well. Read everything and learn to do everything they teach you. Then you will be on to becoming a great strategist and tactician like well like most of us.
