It's a great place to foster an online gaming community to really get FOG 2 online going. And also could be a good place for banter about ancient and medieval warfare. I saw a link to it on the steam forum but theres probably one around here too.

you do not need to have a mic, there is a 'general' and 'matchmaking' chat rooms where most of the stuff is happening, which is text chat

me 2 i really hope their priority is live mp and things like that. getting another 20 factions is nice but , isnt 48 already enough , at least for a year to come
modders can add more units to the rosters etc

Adding Live MP would be an engine change, so it would be an entirely different development team from DLCs. So work on one would not hinder work on the other.
