Some people just want to preorder. That's nothing out of your wallet.

its fine if they want to preorder, but if authors decided not do preorders, why should it be called crappy policy?

29.99 is a good price from consumer perspective, they couldve easily ask for 39.99 and it would be worth it (not that i do not desire it to be 9.99) very pleased with the fair price
