New to the game - basic questions I'm sure

2 quick questions:

1: Does left-over money transfer to the new scenario in a campaign?
2: Can I permanently sleep certain units that I don't want to move anymore (like supply ships for example) instead of sleeping them each and every turn?

1 - Yes.
2 - Yes. I think it was Ctrl S. There is a hotkey list in the menu.

Just some additional details:
The money transfers, *including* the funds from unused turns. If you're using the Zz button on the interface to sleep them, click it twice for permanent sleep mode.
