Rising Sun issue

I've reinstalled OoB and have a problem.
Rising Sun campaign is inactive on the main screen despite it was succesfully installed.
The game verifies the serial positively and the message appears the installation has completed successfully.

Ok, I've got it.
Rising Sun must be installed on 2.4.8d version of WWII, and then may be installed new update and the rest.

Good show Kondi754 and thanks for posting the solution,,,Too many times I see someone with troubles and just a I solved it and no explanation on what they did posting the answer might help someone with a similar problem

I have the exact same issue. But where do you find version 2.4.8d ? The website version only downloads 3.4.2. Sorry, not a computer guy just game guy.

thanks but no thanks. erased my prior downloads and reverted to original download. caused more problems than helped.

Try the following:
Rename the Folder named "Order of Battle - WW2" as " _ Order of Battle - WW2" in your Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games
Then reinstall your Campaigns.
