slingers in two rows

If I have 6 bases of slingers arranged as followed:

x=one base

xxx
xxx

Can both rows shoot during the shooting phase?

Yes. Front two ranks can shoot from everything except Battle wagons. Slingers only get 1 dice per two bases shooting at the target though.

And just to add, the second rank shoots at the same range as the front rank.
