Game version: 4.1.7 / steam
Campaign: Burma road
Scenario: Imphal 44
Difficulty: Middle
Scenario ends in a victory shortly after "second wave" event. Could you please elaborate on the victory conditions? Maybe there is a problem in there. The in game description just says "defend" multiple objectives, but I would expect these objectives to be completed only after all of the game turns have passed. Please see the attached game replay for more information.
Additionally, I think the Japanese should be given more RPs as they really struggle to reinforce their units.

The scenario ends when you captured both secondary objectives :
In the editor, it is the victory condition called "Victory 2" :

Thanks for clarification. It's a shame though. I went trough a lot of pain to save all Indian units and I also prepared a sturdy defence of the main city.

The JP Wave 2 is only activated in the turn 16 but you have captured all the secondary objectives in the turn 16 :
The JP Wave 2 waiting :
The Trigger :
That is the problem with this kind of trigger depending only on the turn.

Maybe that this trigger could be better?
- Do not end the scenario when both secondary objectives are captured.
- End the scenario when the second Japanese wave is destroyed or underwent too many damages (Event popup with destroyed japanese tank ?)

Re: Burma road Imphal 44 premature end
The Burma Road and the events at Imphal in 1944 marked a pivotal yet premature end to a significant chapter in World War II history. This strategic route was vital for supplying Allied forces in China, and the Battle of Imphal played a decisive role in halting Japanese advances into India. The campaign’s abrupt conclusion came due to logistical difficulties, heavy losses, and relentless monsoon conditions. While victory was secured, it came at a high cost in human lives and resources. The legacy of Imphal stands as a testament to resilience, sacrifice, and the critical importance of supply lines in warfare.

Ends a bit suddenly, but once you realize the scenario triggers victory after the secondary objectives, it makes sense. Still feels like it could’ve played out longer. Shillong teer result
Re: Burma road Imphal 44 premature end
The Burma Road and the 1944 Imphal campaign signaled a crucial turning point in World War II. This lifeline supported Allied forces in China, while the battle stopped Japanese expansion into India. Despite success, harsh weather, supply issues, and severe casualties led to an early and costly conclusion. kolkata fatafat
