Burma Road: errors found

1. Wrong date after Imphal scn in Specializations Panel, so "Hobart Funnies" specialty is not available in February 1945.
2. M3 Grant tank disappeared - units.csv file entry has a wrong date. This tank is available for a month only. :)
It is important for me, because I want to play with historical accuracy and Grant won the Burmese campaign for Allies, this tank was the main British tank in Burma.
