A couple of odd date entries.
I guess the destroyer tender may not be implemented yet.
And I may not live to experience the big famine in 2042, saving canned food just to be safe :D

Rationing isn't implemented yet. I believe it was available at some point so I can't remove it completely or that could break some savegames.

I'll fix the text!
