Recon units supply cost

Latest DLC the Burma road introduced some new balance changes to the existing units. Land recon units supply was reduced to 1 from 2. I really like this change and I even proposed the change some time ago. On the other hand Air recon units supply was increased to 2 from 1. I don't really understand this change as Air recons can't even attack. I would really like to hear the reasoning behind this change and if possible I would like to revert the change (keep both Land and Air recon units at 1 supply).

I think it is just for Burma Road. In Blitzkrieg, it stays the same as before. My guess (!) is that in the jungle, ground recon works better. And therefore it is encouraged to spend your money there and on fighters, fighters, more fighters in the air.

Also, I'm reducing the "big" recon planes to 1 CP because I doubt (m)any people use them. I know I don't. They're more robust than the small recon planes but that's probably not worth sacrificing double the CP for.
