Burman Road - Ledo Road Victory Condition Error

In the Burma Road, Ledo Road Scenario the Victory Conditions are, Primary: 1 Construction Worker Must Survive and Secondary: ALL Construction Workers must survive.

Twice in that Scenario, after suffering the loss of 1 construction worker the scenario ended in "Defeat". The secondary victory condition is acting like a primary.

Thanks for reporting. It looks like a mistake in the trigger setup that causes the kill counter to increase to 3 after losing just 1 construction unit.

Will be fixed in next patch. I've also put a delay of 3 turns on the spawning of the construction units so there is some time to clear out any Japanese units after capturing the primary VP.
