Burma Road still no new unit panel

Hi all,
I think this was reported before and the update notes / patch notes said it was fixed, but it is apparently not:
I do never ever get a message / panel : New units and equipment available / discounted upgrades available. So I have to always check the purchase panel / discounted upgrade button about new equipment for my core force.
Is anybody else having this issue?

I just nuked my way through U.S. Pacific and never saw one notice. 4.1.4.
