It appears the two links provided don't work for me.

I'm able to go to the main site on the first but can't find the link afterwards.

The second link shows the image deleted...

Any suggestions.?

Bugger. Can't even copy and paste these days...

In case it still doesn't work: Roger de Flor is a red fleur de lys on a white background and the Entença coat of arms consists of a shield divided in two horizontally, top in black and yellow bottom.

Sorry, I actually haven't read anything on the period other than the primary sources in medieval catalan.
