Game freezing on enemy turn

This occurs just after the game enters turn 24, from CSA play ending 23. I'm playing USA, the first unit to move is again the CSA - Anderson's and it freezes on Mahone's unit. Couple of oddities is that the victory check pops up just after other Anderson units have moved but before Mahone. Also after the freeze searching for those CSA Anderson units I come across ones that aren't generating units tool tips - instead terrain tooltip show. Can you let me know what files you need to check this out. Thanks.

sorry for your issues, as your on the latest patch i'd guess and hope, a new patch is in the process of being built and uploaded asap
