Custom Scenario Won't Load

I am making my first custom scenario and when I click the launch scenario button, it takes me to a top down grid of the map and never launches the scenario.

Any help would be appreciated. I attached a screen shot. I do apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but I searched for a related topic and could find nothing.

Zip the scenario and attach it here.
I'll take a look at it (no promises that I will find/fix any issues though...)

Specializations are the problem. You can set only 8 specializations. If you erase the rest scenario will load.

It's related to specialisations, but a bug in the code. If you remove just the British Pacific Fleet specialisation your scenario will work.

We're fixed the underlaying bug for the next game update.
