Flanking Forces

Both Pike & Shot and SJ have flanking forces. I'm not that keen on how they were implemented as arbitrary implementation by the game system.

I think flanking forces would be great in FoG II -- but only if a player elects to use a flanking force.

Ideally, the play would choose to do a flank march, determine the side of entry, and possible the force makeup of the flank force. (Maybe by selecting the general who leads it.)
