Some minor bugs

After winning the french side for the first time, I would like to advice you of some minor bugs:

- There are no artillery casualties in the statistic screen.
- There is some screen flickering in the disband unit confirm window.
- In the description screen of generals in produce unit window there are some funny quadrats instead of characters.


When I activate the screen scaling with fixed-aspect ratio CNAW always uses full screen, so that the picture is conpressed on my wide screen monitor.
Using this parameter in CEAW gives a screen ratio of 4 : 3. Is it possible to activate this in CNAW?
