continued support

just a massive thanks to the slitherine team, ..for their continued support of their customers.
i recently saw your advertisment for the upcoming galactica space game, ..and it reminded me a little of 'homeworld 2' which i still own due to being a hoarder (of sorts).. so i thought to myself ..hmmm! , i wonder if this still runs on windows 10? ..absolutely no chance! ..well .. panzer corps has been going for a good few years, and i'm just grateful that you're still supporting it! .. i would've bought star hammer but it wasn't multi player so was instantly put off.. but will be buying this new one 'galactica' , since it IS gonna be multi player (yay!) ..
i really hope you still support panzer corps , ..even when you release panzer corps 2 (which i WILL be buying!) [as long as it is multi player] .. because this kind of customer care is what sets out a great gaming company .. very very chuffed with your efforts, and it instils confidence in buying your games into the future.
is there anyone out there who could do a couple of complete playthroughs for 'english civil war' ?? i've never done this kind of game ..so AGEOD is alien to me! there's nothing on the net that inspires me to buy it or play it (but darn it,..i went and bought it!!) ..surely there must be some (smartish) guy who can summarise in a fun way the 140 ish pages of manual!?? .. to make this sort of game desirable to a new generation,.. not just the hurriedly rushed through 'we've done our job' 2 or 3 guys that really don't explain the game very well at all for the total beginner in this style
'ah', ..but you say,.. 'you must read the manual!' ..yes, ..then i'd better have stuck with advanced squad leader board game and finished with it,..and saved myself a heck of a lot of cash/hassle!
this is 2017 ..surely SOMEONE can do a playthrough with a bit of fun and banter, but informatively? reading words off a screen just make me wanna.. well .. i'm sure i can't be the only one reticent to read 140 pages!? ..what are your thoughts? ..maybe i am!
anyhow .. the main thought was for panzer corps, ..the most awesome game i've ever owned (even if the strategic bombers are shockingly undervalued !! .. put their effectiveness UP for goodness sake! it CAN'T just be me that's noticed this?? can it? really? ?? ) thanks again for a great game that i play with my buddies around the world , almost every day ..since it was released.. you should be really proud!
ian

I echo your general sentiment, but I think the strategic bombers are fine the way they are. Certainly would have a lot more trouble fighting through the Brits in the Afrika Korps campaign without the strategic bombers to suppress the enemy.

yes .. i meant to say ' underpowered' ..they're great vs ships ..but i do think their 'neutralise' effect on land cities and ports should be more.. they just seem to have very little effect , especially in multiplayer,.. if the hit rate to neutralise, was raised significantly(say by 50%) , it would make you want to buy one like almost any other unit, ..that's what i meant by undervalued , but totally agree with you tagaziel ;o)

dont attack cities but units.. they lose fuel and ammo from suppresion... then become easy kills for your ground units... in my campaign, i dont use tac bombers, only strategic...
