JaM2013 is right. The bottom tank is a PzIVF2/G & the top tank is a Panzer III L/M. Looks like it's one of those nifty auxiliary units from the Kharkov '42 scenario.

Ha! Jam2013 is correct, I thought they were both Panzer 3's but they are not, and TSPC37730 is also correct, it is from the Kharkov '42 Scenario. Will I get to keep the PzIVF2/G when the scenario ends? Are they eventually available for purchase?

Unfortunately, you don't get to keep the Panzer III auxilary units - you only get to enjoy them for the duration of the scenario. Be sure to upgrade your PzIV/F2's, however. If I recall correctly, the PzIVG comes out mid-scenario. It has better defensive values than the PzIVF/2.
