Turkish Iaylars and Voynuks, suitable figs

Sorry about the spelling gents, but the 'man flu' is hitting me hard!

Need suitable figs for my nearly finished Essex Turkish army, in particaular Iaylars MF IF, and Voynuks HW............

any advice?
