Hotseat game

Post by enric »

I was trying to play some MP scenarios as Hotseat.

I copied into
My Games\Panzer Corps\Scenario

The files:
name.pzscn and name.loc

But the scenario don't appear in the list, what is wrong?

It is there on the list, but you will not see it as you are the games originator so you cannot join the game you have set up as would start a fatal error.

Make sure if you are desiring to play a random opponent to not put it password protected, that way it is an open game that anyone can join.

See you on the battlefield. ;)

Sorry, but I do not understand you, I just want to play any MP scenario as a Hotseat, e.i. agains myself playing both sides.

You are asking to play a scenario, not a mp game, you can play any scenario in hot seat mode as a scenario so you can play both sides. I believe as I have never tried, but you cannot play multiplayer with yourself.

The question was "how to play HotSeat a MP scenario?".
What's the purpose of that: study a MP scenario before playing agains other players.
As you can see, the list of MP balanced scenarios do not show in the list of SP scenarios, so you can't play them Hotseat.

To play a MP Scenario in "Hotseat", simply copy the MP files into the Scenario Folder. Next, choose Scenario/Custom & pick a MP scenario & set it to "Hotseat". Works fine.

The problem is not "in" the Mac, the problem is in the "developers" that simple don't do it right.
