I cannot access the game manual since the last WWII OOB patch. Also I was attempting to research my problem that I cannot issue a challenge via PBEM. Do you have a fix in the works? The only reason my brother and I bought this game was to play each other by e-mail. He can not issue a game challenge as well?

Regarding the manual, open the game installation and find a folder named "Manuals". Open it and double click on the manual you wish to read.

Regarding the other issue, I the developers are already looking into it.
