Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.8 (RELEASED)
Hi Akkula,
I just finished the Hanko scenario and it's a good one. I like the way the reinforcements arrive and the AI even tried to land on a few of the islands. You guys did a nice job on the way it plays out. By the way, is there any way to get rid of mines?
Nice work and I'll report on the next one.
Question Guys,
I just finished the scenario where I had to transport the 6 ships to the evacuation zone (A). It was on turn 14 of 20 and the game ended with a marginal victory. I only had one main flag captured by the Germans and I was going to recapture before the game ended. Is this normal?

Glad you like it!
Regarding the Tallinn scenario, yes, is normal. In order to achieve Decisive Victory you need to hold all the objectives.

Akkula.

Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.8 (RELEASED)
Still playing and I don't see any problems. I do see some tiles with small villages labeled as Clear. I have a huge inventory of tanks and just crushing the Germans as they attack.
Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.8 (RELEASED)
Hi again,
I started the Moscow 1 map of which you need to escort the Siberian units to letter "A" and 5 forts survive. I thought I did that but I lost. I was wondering if I lost a fort but it doesn't look like it or any of the fortifications? Am I missing something on the game?

Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.8 (RELEASED)
In order to win you just need to bring the Siberian Regiments into the "A" hexes. The forts are needed to achieve Decisive Victory.
So, check if some of the Siberian units was not in place or maybe you lost some critical city.
Update 1.9
German Mini-Campaign finished, now I continue testing the improvements and corrections made to the big scenario.
Also, I plan to add some more stand alone scenarios just for fun (historical of course).
So I expect to release the new update soon
Version 1.8 got more than 800 downloads and counting, so I am optimistic about the longevity of this mod
Best regards,
Akkula.

Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.8 (RELEASED)
This is a great mod Akkula. I did replay the scenario and I won a heroic defense. Now, I am playing the Dec 6, 1941 counter attack scenario.
I bought a lot of tanks and destroying the Germans. I think the prestige could be lowered, maybe if I played and started the mod with the most difficult settings.
I like it though

I thought about that, but Bebro made those battles in this Inferno mod, I think it would be redundant to do the same in my own mod. Ну так будет и логически верно раз вы нам показываете советский десант на Курилах )
Well, so it will be logically true once you see Soviet troops in the Kuril Islands )
Great news ) So waiting for your mod )

Re: Eastern Front: Soviet Storm 1.9 (RELEASED)
Hello everyone.
Version 1.9 is finally released. I have included the Massi´s Mod in the release in order to ease the installation, so expect a bigger file to download (360mb).
The obvious highlights are: Axis Mini-Campaign (Battle for the Caucasus), some new stand alone scenarios, over 50 new units and a lot of improvements in the big scenario.

Check the installation instructions in the Readme.txt file.
