US Marines Issue After the New Patch

This may also effect other campaigns.

After adding the new Kreigsmarine DLC & Patch, I stated playing the US Marines Campaign. Two things are amiss:

-Each time you reopen the Campaign the Unit Filters default back to off. Just a little annoyance.
-About 4 scenarios in, I "ran out of time," and met defeat. I clicked on "Restart Scenario". Instead, it allowed me another turn, which was useless as the Hour Glass icon and the Options icon were missing and thus non-functional. Had to use Task Manager to exit the game

This is a recurring issue -- Goodtime & Blissful scenario, specifically, but may occur across the board [re: 2nd issue above]
