I just got this specialization.

How many RPs do the units produce and how does the medical jeep work?

Short answer: Not much and not well.
Long answer: Around 1-2 per attack. I think the jeep shouldnt have moved and the unit as well and not fought and there should not be any enemy unit adjacent to use the healing option. Yeah, mostly I thought "this is useless" when playing US back then. Maybe this has changed by now.

Just finished my first scenario with this specialization. I got 40-50 RPs from suffering losses so that was a nice bonus.

Medical jeep isn't a lot of help. To use it both the jeep and the unit to be repaired must not have moved and be next to each other. Select the jeep then click on the wrench. To select the unit to be repaired RIGHT click (annoying, I know) on the adjacent unit to be repaired. Be forewarned that while the repair (2-3 strength) is free, it is with non-elite replacements. Since it is healing the unit I really think that this should be elite replacements since no new replacements are being added.
