In the info screen for units there are terms like Light Tread, Guerilla and Camouflage. Is there a list of all these special abilities? It is not in the manual.

I think there were some hints here and there about some traits in the very past but can't point you there at moment. There is no official complete list as far as I know.
If you got questions about particular traits then ask.

lightTreaded: half disruption (efficiency loss) penalty from terrain (-2 for Jungle becomes -1, while -1 for Swamp becomes -0; value is rounded down)

guerilla: unit does not suffer from efficiency loss over difficult terrain (ex: Australian Commandos)

camouflaged: unit can't be spotted by aircrafts and non-adjacent ground units. Adjacent units require the (invisible) spotter trait to see them what usually only infantry and recon units have, strangely also most ship types. Commando and sniper/scout units are excellent for killing structures and towed guns as they can't be spotted next to them by these unit types.

Thank you. I also discovered that raiders can't take victory hexes.
