Minor countries and manpower

Is there a way in the game to determine how minor countries' manpower levels are going?

I have gone into the editor and know what their starting and manpower capacities are but can't determine their levels in the game itself. I have found a couple of times that my Axis Minor Allies begin to need to conscript and lose Quality but I have now way of knowing when that is about to happen.
