"Delt" is a typo, think it ought to be dealt.

A "delicate blow" seems underwhelming as well. It should be a decisive blow.

Heh, that's funny. We were so focused on "delt" that we missed the fact that the whole sentence had been blown! Well, at least this time, they used "seize" correctly. In the Tokyo scenario of Rising Sun, they still have, paraphrasing, "Cut off the peninsula and enemy counterattacks will seize." :lol:

I thought labeling the jpeg 'Gentle Germans' would have been enough of a give away.
