Political Liaison
Corruption PP down 300 per turn.

Why is Political down -900 per turn?

Was there a PP reducing event happening that turn?

Just the Corruption PP down 300 per turn. By turn 9 I was -1200 on Political.

There is another Afghan President perk, Infrastructure, that may increase PP cost for moving units. Maybe that gets categorized as Political?

Political is the President and the ANA handover reward/penalty , so you shouldn't have that at turn 7 ?

Can you send save game and I can take a look under the hood ?

Where is the save file located? I've looked everywhere for it. I don't have the save file in question but it might be happening again. If I know where it is then I can send it right away.
