Custom Scenario's on PBEM++

New to this, please bare with me.

Can I play a custom scenario (eg Eastern Solomon's) on the PBEM++ system?

Assuming I can, do you need a copy of the scenario on each players PC or just on the player's who is hosting the challenge?

Both players need to download and copy the custom scenario to the My Games etc Scenarios folder.
