I don't know who this fellow is, but he talks highly of OOB as one of his Top 5 Strategy Games of 2016. What he sees as elevating the game above its ancestors is its supply and logistics systems. The section of the video about OOB runs from 10:10 to 16:30.

He did good at describing it.
Hopefully OOB can become as popular as HOI4 and stuff so they keep on adding campaigns to it.

Yes, again, I don't know this person or how much prestige he has in the online gaming community, but the fact that he had Hearts of Iron IV and OOB back-to-back in his list is impressive and a good sign.
