Login isn't correct

Hello,

whenever I try to connect to multiplayer, I receive a 'Login isn't correct' message.

As far as I know, login is the same to access the forum and as you can see I have no problem to connect to it.

There's no option to reset password (even if I'm sure of the one used so far).

Can you please advise ?

your login is the same as your username and password here, if not correct, make sure you type it and don't try copy paste, just in case you have taken over another letter or space by mistake

if you have forgotten it or changed it and not sure what it is, either try your browser password tool if you use one, or

Reset the account's password at:
http://samelogin.slitherine.com/Account/ForgotPassword

thank you for your reply.

I could login to this forum using my login and password, typing them both explicitely without keeping them in cache.

Using the same ingame doesn't work.

ps : I can't now, but will try tonight to reboot pwd and connect again.

I had similar, maybe same, problem:
Forum allows longer password than game.

Game could not take my whole password and I had to shorten it through the forum.

I had also registered game on the forum before logging on to multiplayer, don't think it matters though.
